Terms of Service

Welcome to PromptLumi. By using promptlumi.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use PromptLumi

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU and UK). You must be 18, or have a parent's permission, to buy or sell anything.

2. Your account

Keep your login safe — you are responsible for what happens in your account. Please do not create several accounts to get around limits or free credits.

3. Free prompts and tools

You may use free prompts in your personal and commercial work. Please do not copy large parts of the site to publish as your own collection or dataset.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are used for AI image and video generation. The price is shown before you pay or use them.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a generation fails, your credits come back automatically.
• Prices may include or exclude local taxes, as shown at checkout.
• Digital products are delivered right away, so all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the few exceptions.

5. AI results

Results are made by third-party AI models and can be unexpected or similar to other people's results. You are responsible for how you use them.

6. Marketplace

• Buyers may use purchased prompts and their results in personal and commercial projects, but may not resell or share the prompt texts.
• Sellers must own what they sell and describe it honestly. PromptLumi keeps a platform fee from each sale; your share is shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Your content

Your content stays yours. By posting it, you allow PromptLumi to show and promote it on the site. Do not post anything that is illegal, copies someone else's work, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, misleading about real people, spam or a scam. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules. Copyright owners can use our DMCA page.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed for breaking the rules.

9. No guarantees

PromptLumi is a small service provided "as is". We do our best, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will let you know on the site.
