PromptLumi sells digital products — prompt packs, credits and Pro membership — that are delivered right away. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not give refunds, including when you change your mind.
When we still help
- Charged twice or the wrong amount — we return the extra payment.
- Purchase not delivered — if a pack does not unlock or credits are not added, we fix it or refund that purchase.
- Failed AI generations — your credits come back automatically. You do not need to ask.
Contact us within 14 days of payment and include your order number.
Customers in the EU and UK
When you pay, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right to cancel within 14 days once delivery has started. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty.
